What is VISORE X? 

We are an independently owned Paris-based fashion platform. We provide young creatives a base for fashion discovery: a digital landmark for curated fashion.

Are VISORE X and VISORE LAB the same?

VISORE X is the online platform and VISORE LAB is the creative agency behind it.

Do you have a physical store?

No. But stay tuned for physical events.  

 

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How does shipping work?

Once your order has been placed, our brand partners will receive confirmation and then ship your item. This process usually happens on the same day, depending on your location and the time of order. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. 

How do orders between the EU and UK work?

The order process between the EU and the UK is the same, and most of our brand partners ship to the UK. However, customs and duties may be applicable on the order. This amount will be communicated to you when the order is dispatched and can be paid on delivery or in advance. 

Do you ship outside the EU region?

Yes, we do! Most of our items can be sent globally. But, if the item cannot be, feel free to send us an email and we can see if there is anything we can do. 

Is there a student discount?

You can apply for student financing by sending an email to care@visore-x.com

How long does it take to deliver orders? 

We estimate this to be between 2-6 days, however orders may take more or less time depending on location. You may also opt to choose for quicker delivery at check-out.  

Is it possible to contact customer service? 

Yes, we remain at your disposal from Monday to Friday at care@visore-x.com to answer your questions within 24 to 48 hours. 

Can I exchange my products? 

For items that can be refunded, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you requested a refund, and the items have been returned in their original condition. In this case, we will refund the price of the products in full, including the cost of sending the products to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us and for the import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.Unfortunately, products that have been personalised will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances. However, if they are damaged you may write to  to report the issue. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order yet. Is this ok? 

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number sent to your email. If after 10 working days, you have not received your order, please send an email to care@visore-x.com

Is it possible to cancel my order?

After receiving an order confirmation email, you cannot cancel the order. Please send an email to care@visore-x.com as soon as possible. You will be able to return the items after receipt for a refund.

Is creating an account mandatory to order with you?

No, but recommended :)

What do I do if an item is missing from my order?

Please contact our customer service to open an inquiry. We’ll try our best to solve this issue as soon as possible. 

How can I unsubscribe from the VISORE X newsletter?

We’re sad to see you leave, but you can click on the “unsubscribe” button under every email you have received from the VISORE X team. 

The article I'm looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Normally, for our Sold Out items, there’s the option to be notified when the item comes back in stock. You just have to enter your email address and you will get notified when this gets available again. 

Need help with your mailing list discount code?

After subscribing to VISORE X you will receive an email with a discount code attached to it. You might have to go through your Spam Box. 

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal, Credit Card, Visa and Mastercard.
