Paris can be a lonely city. The winter draws closer and we find ourselves looking for warmth, intimacy, and connection. While we remain hopeful of finding an everlasting presence, holding our hand and guiding us through, often these attachments find themselves blindsiding us at 4pm on some idle Tuesday. Questions emerge and questions remain of whether these casual encounters will stand strong and resilient in our lives to come; this is the game we play for an outcome unknown.
